Shipping policy

As all our items are handmade to order please allow upto 7-10 working days for dispatch. Dispatch is usually under 7 days as we aim to have your order dispatched as quickly as possible although it can take the full 7-10 days during busy periods.

 

 If you need your order for an event please pop me an email and I can confirm that we can have your order to you before the date. Once your items have been made you will receive a dispatch email from us letting you know they are on the way. If you have selected recorded shipping this will also include your tracking number (if tracked shipping is selected)
